Discounts
We honor Passport America, Good Sam Club, and AAA cards... but only against our regular daily rates. Please be prepared to provide proof of membership.
Cancellations & Holidays
When you book a stay of 30 days or longer, we require a non-refundable deposit of $250. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit.
For shorter visits...
- We'll refund your deposit, less a $50 service fee, if you cancel your site reservation.
- We'll refund your deposit, less a $100 service charge, if you cancel a cabin, cottage, trailer, or apartment rental at least 30 days before your intended arrival date.
If you want to reserve an RV site for a holiday, we require a three or four night minimum stay. For a tent site over a holiday, we require a two or three night minimum stay.
