1. Check-in after 1 pm. Check-out by 11 am. 2. Site fees All site rentals are subject to a $3 per night resort fee and applicable Maine sales tax. 3. Refunds No refunds for...   • Holiday weekend stay cancellations • Early departures • No shows • Special promotions 4.  Vehicles Only one RV, vehicle, or tent is allowed per site. You may arrange for additional cars – at a daily rate – by visiting the office. 5. Cancellations $50 minimum cancellation policy on all reservations. $100 on all rentals. 6. Rental minimums  • Cabins, rental trailers, apartments, and cottage: From 6/15 to Labor Day: one-week minimum/Saturday to Saturday. Off-season: rustic cabins three-night  minimum. All others four-night minimum. • RV sites: Holidays three or four night minimum. • Tent sites: Holidays two or three night minimum. 7. Site changes Changes are based on availability and staff discretion. 8. Site requests We can’t guarantee specific sites, but we give preference based on length of stay and the date a reservation is placed. 9.  Smoking All our resorts are smoke free. 10. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. 11. Speed limit is 5 mph. 12. Vehicle washing Washing and repairing vehicles or RVs are not allowed, and those in violation of the policy will be fined $50. 13. Trash Garbage and trash containers are readily available throughout the resort. Please use them. Place all trash inside the containers, and do not burn it in the firepits. 14. Swimming Swim at your own risk – we have no lifeguards on duty. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using our swimming facilities. 15. Visitors Visitors are welcome, but they must register and pay the guest fee. 16. Pets Dogs and cats are welcome – on a leash and supervised at all times. Cleaning up after your pet and consideration for your neighbors are expected, or you may be asked to leave. 17. Activities All activities are subject to change without notice.
